What's wrong with this picture?

where do i even start with this one?

first of all, you can see that the space next to him is empty.

second, if i hadn't walked to lunch, i wouldn't have been able to squeeze past this tool. his car is significantly narrowing an already narrow alley leading to the back parking lot.
the way people park around here never ceases to amaze me. i was actually on the phone when i saw this, and had to cut the convo short so i could snag a pic.
