not only did this genius double park, but he simultaneously blocked in 4 (f-o-u-r FOUR!) cars.

there are only a handful of times in one's life that such an atrocity is understandable.

1. your wife is in labor
-this is not a hospital. move your car.

2. you are in the process of wetting your pants
-you drive a taurus, forget about your seats and move your car. (may i suggest the *empty* space next to you?)

3. you are bleeding profusely
-this is actually acceptable. stop the bleeding as quickly as possible, and move your car.
