i don't get it, i really don't.
surely it's not a design flaw.
surely the people who originally installed this door made both parts of the latch line up when they first put it in. but now, for whatever reason, the pin sits a good inch and a half above the latch, making it completely impossible to obtain the impenetrable stall which is necessary for doing business.
however, we are truly creatures of habit, as this is the stall that i tend to visit most in our office.
what's strange, is i don't even know why.
perhaps subconsciously i enjoy the challenge of maintaining my balance on the throne while holding the door closed with the top of my foot.
now, i don't *always* have to perform this balancing act, because sometimes i turn the knob so hard that the pin makes a dent in the metal frame, which will subsequently hold the door shut for a short amount of time. unfortunately, this method will barely stand up to a slight breeze, and requires you to remain on your toes (sometimes literally) when someone new enters the bathroom.
EDIT: i just noticed, if you look at the right side of the picture, you can even see how crooked the door is. WHAT IS THAT CRAP?!

I think your next focus should be on either toliet paper dispensers or the soap dispensers. Maybe even the color of soap in the soap dispensers. Have you ever thought about it? Why are some pink, some blue, some clear...is one better than the other? What's up with that?
